If you take control of Falling Star or Icarus (Icathian Rain) with Mystic Reversal, can you choose to have the spell fizzle instead of selecting targets?

• For spells like Icarus that say "do this X times", all targets must be declared when the spell resolves, then each instance goes on the stack separately
• You can target the same unit multiple times, even if it would die from earlier instances
