Ruling: The Rek'Sai trigger and Candlelit Sanctum trigger go on the chain at the same time, so you can order them as you please, including having Sanctum resolve first to check the top card before Rek'Sai resolves.

Sequence:

• Both triggers go on the chain simultaneously when you conquer
• You choose the order to put them on the chain
• If you want to check first, put Sanctum on the chain last so it resolves first
• Then Rek'Sai's ability resolves with knowledge of what's on top

Nuances:

• Resolving Rek'Sai first (before Sanctum) can also be situationally beneficial, as you won't know what's on top of your deck anymore after the legend resolves
