Does Magma Wurm's ability only trigger when played, or does it persist as a passive effect while on the field?

Answer
Ruling: Magma Wurm's ability is a passive effect that remains active as long as the card is in play, providing the bonus continuously.
Nuances:
- The effect is not a one-time trigger when played
- All other allies remain ready for the duration Magma Wurm is on the field
