If my opponent plays Dragon's Rage and I have Tideturner hidden, can I react with it to move units to the same location before Dragon's Rage resolves to prevent the damage?

Answer
Ruling: Dragon's Rage uses reflexive triggers, so moving units before it resolves doesn't prevent the damage. The spell first resolves to move the targeted unit, then creates a separate reflexive trigger that lets the opponent choose another enemy unit at the destination to fight with the moved unit.
Sequence:
- Dragon's Rage is played, targeting a unit at location A and choosing location B
- You can react by revealing Tideturner to move units
- Dragon's Rage resolves, moving the targeted unit to location B
- A reflexive trigger is created (separate instance in the chain)
- The opponent chooses another enemy unit at location B to fight with the moved unit
- You can also react to the reflexive trigger
Nuances:
- If you use Tideturner in response to the reflexive trigger to move the chosen target away, the reflexive trigger will resolve but do nothing since its target is gone
- If the targeted unit is already at the destination when Dragon's Rage resolves (because you moved it there), the reflexive trigger still creates and the opponent can choose another unit at that location
- The destination is determined when Dragon's Rage is played and cannot be changed by reactions
