Are custom runes with different art (purchased from Etsy) allowed in Riftbound leagues?

Ruling: Custom art runes purchased from third parties (like Etsy) are not allowed in organized play including leagues, even if they have the rune type name on them.

Nuances:

• Proxies (custom printed cards) are allowed in casual games at home or LGS outside organized events, but not in any organized play including Nexus Night
• Alters (official runes that have been drawn on) are allowed even in organized play as long as changes are reasonable
• Custom runes may be rejected by judges if they make it difficult to identify rune types at a glance, since players rely on color coding (blue for mind, yellow for order, etc.) rather than reading text, especially for runes far from the opponent
