Does Nocturne's ability trigger when you draw him from your deck?

Answer
Ruling: Drawing a card is not the same as "looking at" cards. Nocturne's ability does not trigger when you draw him.
Nuances:
- "Looking at" cards refers to specific effects that reveal the top X cards of your deck (like Baited Hook)
- Drawing is a separate game action that does not count as "looking at" for card abilities
