When you have 7 points with no battlefields under control and conquer one, do you draw the card immediately or at the end of your turn?

Ruling: You draw immediately when you conquer the battlefield and reach 8 points, and can use that card to try and conquer the other battlefield.

Nuances:

• You only need to have scored the other battlefield this turn (whether from holding or conquering), not currently control it
• When scoring from holding or any other alternative method besides conquering, there are no battlefield control requirements to get the 8th point
