If I move a unit to an occupied battlefield during an opponent's showdown, does a new showdown start immediately on top of the existing one?

Ruling: The new showdown will be staged until the current combat ends. After the current showdown closes during cleanup, the staged showdown will begin.

Sequence:

• Current showdown continues and resolves
• During cleanup after the showdown closes, the staged showdown begins
