Ruling: Spiritforged cards will be legal in the US when the set releases in the US in February, regardless of whether players have obtained Chinese versions from the earlier international release.

Nuances:

• Even though Spiritforged releases first in another country and language (Chinese), having a complete deck in Chinese does not make it legal for US tournament play before the US release date
