Do 'when I attack' and 'when I defend' effects go on the same chain, and in what order do they resolve?

Answer
Ruling: 'When I attack' and 'when I defend' effects do go on the same chain. 'When I attack' effects are added to the chain first, then 'When I defend' effects are added after.
Sequence:
- Attack triggers finalize
- Defend triggers finalize
- Nothing else gets put on chain
- Defend effect resolves (last in, first out)
- Attack effect resolves
Nuances:
- If a unit has multiple 'when I defend' triggers (like Ezreal defending at Reaver's Row), the controller can order those effects however they like since they have the same trigger condition
- The keyword 'here' is always determined on resolution, not declaration, so if a target moves zones before resolution, the effect may fail
- If a targeted unit changes controller before resolution, it may no longer be a valid target if the effect specifies 'enemy unit'
