Can you use Candlelit to see cards first, then decide whether to use Rek'Sai's legend ability, or must Rek'Sai be exhausted when effects go on the stack?

Ruling: You can order the triggers as you please. Rek'Sai's exhaust cost is paid when the trigger resolves (not when it goes on the stack), so you can resolve Candlelit first to see the top 2 cards of your deck before deciding whether to exhaust Rek'Sai.

Sequence:

• Put Rek'Sai trigger as chain link 1
• Put Candlelit as chain link 2
• Resolve Candlelit first, seeing the top 2 cards and choosing whether to recycle
• When Rek'Sai's trigger resolves, decide whether to pay the exhaust cost based on what you saw
