Ruling: You cannot exhaust Svellsongur when it is equipped to Lee Sin. Svellsongur gains the printed abilities from the unit it's attached to and gives those abilities back to that unit as duplicate copies.

Sequence:

• Svellsongur gains Lee Sin's printed abilities (exhaust to buff, can have any number of buffs)
• Svellsongur then gives those abilities back to Lee Sin
• Lee Sin now has two copies of each ability (his original and the copy from Svellsongur)
• Only Lee Sin can be exhausted to activate these abilities, not Svellsongur itself

Nuances:

• This means Svellsongur cannot accumulate buffs and transfer them to another unit
• Lee Sin would also gain an additional instance of Shield from this interaction
