As a tournament organizer, what tournaments can I participate in? Can I play at weeklies but not monthlies, or at my own prerelease?

Ruling: Tournament organizers can participate in non-premier events at Casual OPL (Organized Play Level) only. Premier events are defined as events above Regional Qualifiers, such as Regionals or Worlds.

Nuances:

• Summoner Skirmish is categorized as Competitive OPL, so competition officials cannot play in it
• Prereleases are Casual OPL events, so TOs can participate
• Nexus Nights are Casual OPL events, so TOs can participate
• The distinction is based on OPL category (Casual vs Competitive) rather than weekly vs monthly frequency
