How do you use equipment cards, and what is quick draw?

Ruling: First you play the gear by paying the energy/power cost, and the gear enters your base. Then you can pay the equip cost to attach it to a unit you control. Quick-draw does exactly what the ability says on the card.

Nuances:

• Equipment cards do not have tap abilities, so effects that copy tap abilities (like Heimerdinger) cannot equip units
• Equipment cards have a special keyword for attachments
