Ruling: In constructed, you cannot have runes outside your domain identity. In limited formats, it is possible to include runes outside your domain identity.

Nuances:

• For the first and second set, there are only 12 valid domain combinations without 3 opposing runes (including Chaos + Order)
• This restriction may change in future sets
