Ruling: Cards can only be in a hidden state at a battlefield you control. A hidden card cannot be at your base.
Nuances:
- Hidden cards must be at a battlefield (not the bench/base) to remain hidden
- Moving a hidden card would require it to be at a valid location for hidden cards
