Can proxies be used at Nexus Night tournaments?

Ruling: Proxies are not officially allowed at Nexus Nights because they are run at Casual OPL (Organized Play Level), and the Tournament Rules prohibit proxies at competitions of any OPL.

Nuances:

• Stores can independently run their own tournaments with proxies, but these would not be official Nexus Night events
• For unofficial proxy-allowed events, stores cannot give out Riot-provided prizes reserved for Nexus Nights or report metrics for such events
