Does Kog'Maw's after-combat damage trigger happen before or after the Conquer ability resolution step (rule 627.2/627.3)?

Ruling: The exact timing is not yet finalized and will be clarified in an updated rules document. The current understanding is that Kog'Maw's damage occurs after combat damage has been cleared.

Sequence:

• Combat damage is dealt
• Units die
• Deathknell triggers go on chain
• Units are healed from combat
• Deathknell triggers (including Kog'Maw) are resolved
• Players get priority

Nuances:

• Units damaged by Kog'Maw continue to have that damage marked until after the next combat or end of turn (they are not healed from Kog'Maw damage at the point his trigger resolves)
• The rules are expected to be reorganized to make this timing clearer
• There is uncertainty about whether this happens before or after the Conquer resolution step specifically
