If I have Viktor legend and 2 Heimerdingers on field, do they each summon 1 recruit on use or 2?

Ruling: Each Heimerdinger gains the ability separately and can be used independently. With Viktor legend and 2 Heimerdingers, you can make three recruits per turn for 3 Energy total.

Nuances:

• The second Heimerdinger played will have 2 instances of the ability (one from Viktor's effect when the first Heimerdinger was played, and one from Viktor's effect when it itself was played)
• Each ability instance must be activated separately
