Does Miss Fortune's 'ready something exhausted' effect work on leader cards that exhaust for their abilities, like Volibear or Lee Sin?

Answer
Ruling: Yes, Miss Fortune's readying effect can target leader cards that have exhausted to use their abilities.
Nuances:
- The ability does not specify that it must target something you control, so it could potentially target an opponent's exhausted card as well.
