Can players respond with reactions after reflexive triggers from Falling Star resolve individually, or must the entire chain resolve at once?

Ruling: Players can respond with reactions after each individual reflexive trigger resolves. A chain does not need to resolve "all the way at once" - there is always a priority window after each chain item resolves.

Sequence:

• Falling Star is cast and goes on the chain
• Players can respond before Falling Star resolves
• Falling Star resolves and creates reflexive triggers on the chain
• Priority goes to the player controlling the top item on the chain
• Both players can react before that trigger resolves
• After the first trigger resolves, priority passes again and players can respond before the next trigger resolves
• This continues for each item on the chain

Nuances:

• The reflexive triggers are added when Falling Star resolves, not when it is put on the chain
• To avoid having reflexive triggers target your own units, you must retreat your unit in response to Falling Star before it resolves and creates the triggers
• If reflexive triggers are already on the chain and only opponent units remain as legal targets, the opponent must target their own units if able
• Focus is a term specifically linked to showdowns and is not relevant when there is a chain
• Gear and units resolve instantly and cannot be responded to
