When does the rune pool empty?

Ruling: The rune pool empties at two specific times during your turn: at the end of the draw step and at the end of the turn.

Sequence:

• End of turn

Nuances:

• The rune pool does not empty at the end of your opponent's turn
• The draw step emptying prevents players with all 12 runes out from exhausting/recycling runes, then channeling those same runes back and keeping extra power/energy, which would effectively give 14 potential resources instead of the maximum of 12
