How should decks be built for the first release event using preconstructed decks and packs?

Ruling: Decks should follow standard deck building rules (40 cards, restricted by legend). You build using the champion/starter deck plus 2 additional booster packs (3 packs total including the one in the starter deck box).

Sequence:

• Start with your chosen preconstructed champion/starter deck
• Add cards from the booster pack included in the starter deck box
• Add cards from 2 additional booster packs provided by the store
• Build a 40-card deck following standard construction rules

Nuances:

• You can use a different Legend if you open one in your packs, as long as you can still build a legal deck
• The 2-card promo pack (containing the alternate champion and legend) is not meant to be played with in the event, though individual stores may decide differently
