Can I use Chinese language cards in tournaments, and can I bring proxy cards or an English reference deck?

Ruling: All cards in your Main Deck and Sideboard must be in the same consistent language, and all cards in your Rune Deck must be in the same consistent language. Your Rune Deck can be in a different language than your Main Deck. Proxies are never allowed at tournaments unless specifically issued by a Head Judge.

Nuances:

• Chinese, English, and French are the available language versions
• You cannot bring proxy cards or reference decks for yourself or your opponent
• The language consistency requirement applies to cards that are shuffled together
