Ruling: Multiple methods are acceptable for collecting deck lists at skirmish events, including paper lists, photos of decks, PDFs from deck-building tools, and the UVS platform deck list feature.

Nuances:

• The Riftbound Play Network (carde.io) has options to declare deck lists per player
• Some events can be set up to make deck lists mandatory
• Paper/photo submissions were used when digital submission wasn't available or time was limited
• PDFs from Piltover Archive kept available for perusal upon request is another accepted method
• Mixed forms of submission appear to be inevitable given varying event setups
