Answer

Ruling: When a buffed Fiora, Victorious is debuffed even once (e.g., by Stupefy), she loses Shield, Deflect, and Ganking, ending at 4 Might with no keywords. You only need to debuff once, not twice.

Sequence:

  • Start with base Fiora (4 Might)
  • Apply buff (+1 Might) and debuff (-1 Might) = 4 Might
  • Check if she qualifies as Mighty (5+ Might) for her ability
  • Since she has 4 Might, she is not Mighty and does not gain Shield, Deflect, or Ganking
  • Final state: 4 Might with no keywords

Nuances:

  • The layers are reevaluated in sequence: Ability-Altering Effects are checked before Arithmetic modifiers are finalized
  • Even though she starts at 6 Might (4 base + 1 buff + 1 Shield), removing the buff causes her to lose Shield because the game loops through layers until reaching a steady state
  • Shield is evaluated in the Ability-Altering Effect layer based on whether she would be Mighty, which is determined before Shield's own +1 Might is applied
