Is the champion zone considered part of your hand, and can you use Rek'Sai's ability to accelerate a card from the champion zone?

Ruling: The champion zone is not considered part of your hand. Therefore, you can use Rek'Sai's ability to accelerate a card from the champion zone since the ability works on cards not in your hand.

Nuances:

• The champion zone is a separate zone from the hand
• Rek'Sai's ability specifically targets cards not in hand, making champion zone cards valid targets
