During the initial mulligan, can you mulligan cards one at a time, or must you decide how many cards to mulligan simultaneously?

Ruling: You must decide whether to mulligan 0, 1, or 2 cards all at the same time, then draw that same number of cards. You cannot mulligan one card, see what you draw, and then decide to mulligan another.

Sequence:

• Decide how many cards (0, 1, or 2) to put away
• Put away that many cards
• Draw the same number of cards you put away
