• Dragon's Rage is played and finalized, choosing a unit and destination
• If a reaction moves the first unit before the spell resolves, it may still be a valid target and gets moved to the chosen destination
• The reflexive trigger activates, requiring you to choose another unit at the destination that was declared when finalizing Dragon's Rage
• If the first unit is then moved away from that destination (via reaction to the reflexive trigger), you still choose a unit at the originally declared destination and both units deal damage to each other
• If you want to prevent damage, you must move the second unit away from the destination so it's no longer a valid target
