Does Divine Judgment count a Chosen Champion in its slot toward the 2 runes/cards/gear/units count?

Ruling: No, the Chosen Champion in its slot is not counted by Divine Judgment.

Nuances:

• Divine Judgment identifies units, gear, and runes (which must be on the board), and cards in hands
• The Chosen Champion exists in its own zone and does not meet any of these identifiers
• Hidden cards are also not counted for the same reason - they are not named under what Divine Judgment forces players to choose
