Can Legend Teemo's active ability target a hidden Teemo on the battlefield to return it to hand?

Answer
Ruling: No, you cannot use Legend Teemo's active ability to return a hidden Teemo from the battlefield to your hand. You would need to play the Teemo (reveal it) before the ability can target it.
Nuances:
- A hidden Teemo does not count as "Teemo" for targeting purposes while it is hidden
