When a unit is removed from the board (e.g., by Rebuke), does it retain permanent buffs like those from Lee Sin?

Answer
Ruling: A unit that leaves the board loses its buffs, including permanent buffs.
Nuances:
- This applies even to buffs that are described as permanent (like Lee Sin's buffs)
- The buffs are lost when the unit leaves the board, regardless of how it leaves
