When Dragon's Rage (or similar card) instructs you to move a unit, what are the legal destinations and does it trigger combat/defender bonuses?

Answer
Ruling: When a card instructs you to move a unit, you can move it from wherever it is to any legal location of your choice (including between battlefields or to/from base), other than its current location. The move does not exhaust the unit and does not trigger combat or any attacker/defender bonuses.
Sequence:
- Move the unit to any legal location (except its current location)
- No exhaustion occurs from the move
- No showdown/combat is triggered by the move itself
Nuances:
- This differs from the standard move action which has costs and restrictions (like not being able to move between battlefields without ganking)
- Card-instructed moves have no cost and no restrictions
- Attacker/defender buffs do not apply because showdown/combat cannot start until the chain is empty
