Ruling: Yes, 0 might units survive if they have no damage. Units are only killed by cleanup rules if they have non-zero damage AND their might is equal to or less than their damage.

Sequence:

• Sett Brawler starts at 5 might (with buff)
• Smokescreen reduces it to 1 might (with buff still active)
• Player spends the buff to prevent death
• Sett is now at 0 might with no damage
• Sett survives because it has zero damage

Nuances:

• The unit still has the -4 might modifier from Smokescreen, but no buff remaining
