Does Pack of Wonders let you choose a card from the discard pile?
verified
Answer
Ruling: No, Pack of Wonders only targets objects in play. It cannot target cards in the discard pile.
Nuances:
- Cards like Teemo Swift Scout can target out-of-play zones because they specifically call out those zones (like the Champion Zone) as valid targets in their card text.
