Can I use a custom-art blank card as a stand-in for my legend card if I have the real one with me?

Answer
Ruling: Proxies are not allowed at any OPL (organized play) events according to the rules. Modified cards are allowed, but that requires modifying the actual legend card itself, not using a separate proxy card.
Nuances:
- At lower-level OPL events, players may be more lenient if you have the real card available
- Always ask the Head Judge or event organizer beforehand
- You can modify the actual legend card with custom art, which would be legal
