When do units heal after surviving an attack - after combat or at end of turn? When does combat end?

Ruling: Units heal both at the end of combat AND at the end of any turn.

Sequence:

• Combat ends after the Resolution Step
• During Resolution Step, units with lethal damage are killed and combat winner is determined
• Units heal after this Resolution Step
• Units also heal at the end of any turn
