In starter deck events, can you exceed 40 cards in your deck and can you include more than 3 copies of a card?

Ruling: You can exceed 40 cards in your deck at starter deck release events, but you must still follow the 3-copy-per-card limit.

Nuances:

• Release events are not Riot sanctioned, so the 40 card + 8 sideboard tournament rule does not apply
• In sealed events with 6 packs, you can use more than 3 copies of a card in your 25 card deck
