Do you draw a card if you can't channel runes or when you would score your final point but can't win yet?

Ruling: You draw 1 card if you would conquer a battlefield for your final point but can't win the game because you haven't scored all battlefields that turn. You do NOT draw if you cannot channel runes for the turn.

Nuances:

• The "draw if you can't channel runes" is a common misconception but is not an actual rule
• There is no rule in the rulebook that grants a draw for being unable to channel runes
