Ruling: The owner of Zhonya's Hourglass chooses which unit to save, regardless of whether they are the attacker or defender. Attacker or defender status has no relevance to this choice.

Sequence:

• Both players order and assign damage after combat
• Damage is dealt simultaneously to all units
• Units die from lethal damage at the same time
• Any player can choose which of their own units to save with their Zhonya's if multiple die during combat

Nuances:
