Ruling: You do not regain Focus during Combat Cleanup. After Deathknell resolves and the chain becomes empty, nobody gains priority before the rest of combat plays out, including damage removal and scoring.

Sequence:

• Damage is assigned and units are destroyed
• Deathknell triggers and goes on the chain
• Deathknell resolves (e.g., draw a card)
• Chain becomes empty
• Combat continues to completion without priority
• Damage is removed during Cleanup
• Combat finishes (including scoring if applicable)

Nuances:

• You cannot play Actions during this sequence
• You almost certainly cannot play Reactions either, as any Reactions would occur after damage removal (healing), making the damaged unit no longer a valid target
• No reactions are possible mid-cleanup
