Answer
According to Rule 103, to play Riftbound, a player must have two decks:
- A Main Deck: This contains your units, gear, and spells (at least 40 cards).
- A Rune Deck: This is used to power your cards.
Additionally, you must have one Champion Legend and a number of battlefields determined by the mode of play.
