Does Eye of the Herald spawn the Recruit at the moved to location or the moved from location?

Eye of the Herald spawns the Recruit token at the moved to location (the destination).

According to RiftJudge FAQ #11204 and FAQ #3725, when a unit equipped with Eye of the Herald moves, the ability triggers and the Recruit token is placed at the unit's new location ("here") at the time the trigger resolves.

This is because the equipment grants the ability text directly to the unit, and the game checks the unit's location on the battlefield at the moment the ability resolves. If the unit is no longer on the board (e.g., if it was bounced to hand or killed in response to the trigger), the "here" instruction fails to find a valid location, and no token is created.
