Can I pay a gold to hide a card?

Yes, you can. The cost to hide a card is [A] (1 Power of any domain), and a Gold rune recycled for Power produces Gold Power, which qualifies (Rule 811.1.b; FAQ #4052). You recycle the rune (or tap another Power source) just like you would to pay any other Power cost — the domain doesn't matter for hiding.
