Does Eye of the Herald spawn where I moved or where I moved from?

The token is spawned at the destination — where you moved to, not from.

Eye of the Herald reads "here," and the game checks the unit's location when the trigger resolves. At that point the unit is at its new location (the destination), so "here" refers to the battlefield it moved to. This is confirmed across multiple RiftJudge FAQs (#11204, #11375).
