Do Reflection Unit tokens have temporary if it doesn't copy?

No. A Reflection token does not inherently have Temporary.

Per Rule 184.6, a Reflection token is defined as just a "domainless unit token with 0 Might" — no Temporary keyword. Compare that with the Sprite token (184.2), which explicitly does list Temporary as part of its identity.

Temporary on a Reflection token only comes from the specific effect that creates it. Both Mirror Image and Deceiver (LeBlanc) say: play a Reflection token, then make it a copy of a unit and give it Temporary. That's a reflexive trigger that does both things together. If the copy part fails (e.g. no valid target), the Temporary part still resolves — but only because the effect grants it, not because the token has it by default.
