In a 2v2, if my teammate Ride the Winds my unit to a battlefield during our opponents' turn for our final point, will we win?
No, you will not win. You'll draw a card instead of gaining the winning point.
Here's why: Ride the Wind is an [Action] spell, so on the opponent's turn it can only be played during a showdown (per its timing restriction). But more importantly, when you're at 10 points in 2v2 (1 away from 11), the final point via Conquer requires you to have scored every battlefield that turn (Rule 466.1.b.2, adjusted by 484.8.f.1 — excepting those your ally controlled at the Beginning Phase). Since this is the opponent's turn, you haven't scored any battlefield this turn. You can't satisfy "scored every battlefield this turn," so you don't gain the point — you just draw a card.
You can still score a regular point via Ride the Wind on an opponent's turn (FAQ #572), and if you were at 9 or fewer points this would work fine. But for the final point, the conquer restriction blocks the win.
