If I have Svellsonger on a Unit, and I use Blood Rush twice on it, how much assault would the unit have?

The total depends on whether the unit has printed Assault of its own, but the Svellsongur does not copy the Assault from Blood Rush — it only copies printed text (FAQ #7904, #8410).
