Do I still get hold effect from Ahri equipped with Skyfall Arerion?

Yes, you still get Ahri's hold effect when you Hold.

Skyfall of Areion says the equipped unit's hold effects are also conquer effects, and vice versa. It adds triggers — it doesn't replace or remove the original one (FAQ #5622). So when you Hold, Ahri's normal "When I hold, you score 1 point" still fires as usual. When you Conquer, it also fires because Skyfall makes it count as a conquer effect too.

In short: Skyfall gives you Ahri's point on both Hold and Conquer, not one or the other.
