Yes — Shady Spectacles copies Temporary if the chosen unit has it as a printed keyword (a copyable trait).

Copy effects copy "copyable traits" — a card's printed (or previously copied) traits, including its rules text and keywords (Rule 472.1.b.3, FAQ #11685). Temporary is a keyword, and if it's printed on the chosen unit (e.g. a Sprite token, Spinning Axe, Petricite Monument), it's a copyable trait, so the equipped unit becomes a copy that also has Temporary.

The catch: if the chosen unit was granted Temporary by an external effect (like Fading Memories or Last Stand) rather than having it printed, then no — granted/appended traits are invisible to copy effects. Same logic as why empowered status isn't copied.
